Thinking Clearly in the AI Era
A reflective and practical session exploring attention, clarity, and focus in a world shaped by algorithms.

Suraj Sehgal

Introduction
In today’s hyperconnected world, our attention is constantly under pressure — from infinite notifications and vast amounts of information to AI algorithms and recommendation engines designed to keep us scrolling.
The result? Quicker decisions, shorter attention spans, and a growing difficulty in hearing our own inner voice.
But there’s another way.
This session is an invitation to pause, to understand what’s really happening to our attention and to explore how we can respond with clarity rather than reaction. We’ll dive into practical tools like monotasking, reading, and meditation as ways to rewire how we think, choose, and live with more intention.
